Shipping Policy

VIBOW ships products directly from our international suppliers. We currently ship to the United States and Hungary.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping destinations, rates and transit times

United States: Standard Shipping, free to the customer. Estimated transit: 8–14 business days after processing.
Hungary: Estimated transit: 10–25 business days after processing. Any shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs clearance and peak periods may affect delivery.

Tracking

We email a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear.

Customs and duties

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes or import fees. Unless included or collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility, subject to applicable law.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact us promptly if it is incorrect; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within 40 days of the order date, contact us. We will investigate with the supplier and carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
